So what is the reason? No water, power, sewage? Sounds like a permanent vacation to me!

They'll probably say something like "it's unsanitary not having sewage facilities" but I'm pretty sure even if he did, those horses and dog aren't using them, and they can out-poop a person a million ways to Sunday...
